Celebrating the 4th of July with Havi!!

I woke up this morning and everything was the same, or normal as it could be. I still have Multiple Sclerosis and the vision in my right eye is still not 100 % but I am used to my new normal. Some things have definitely changed in my world. I keep my phone close to the bed so that I can make a call if for some reason my next relapse takes away my ability to get out of bed or walk. You would think after a decade of doing this I might stop feeing the need to do that but the feelings from that morning are still too real.

First run since Covid two weeks ago. 22 total miles from Amarillo to Canyon and back. When I say I’m gonna run to Canyon it typically means I’m going to physically run there. Weather was great 45-49 with wind under 10 mph. Lungs were in decent shape. Return trip was jog/walk intervals trying to get my breathing right. I fueled my run with a bowl from @acaibar806.
